I know what you might be thinking, "Jincen, what the heck is a Jincen". Well the Jincen brand is HUGE in Asia. In that part of the world they sell far more phones than Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Motorola COMBINED. AND, there is good reason; they make a reliable, full-featured product. Let me give you a few examples; this phone has TWO SIM card slots. You don’t have to carry around two phones if you want a private and business line. Or, if you’re a traveler, use one SIM slot for your US SIM card and the other for the country you’re visiting. The phone will automatically connect to the SIM card (s) with service. It has a 3.2 Mpixel camera, plays MP3/MP4, has a built-in FM receiver AND comes with a 1 GB Kingston Micro SD cards, so you can store about 250 MP3 songs or 2,048, photos. Upload music or download pictures easily with it's BlueTooth connectivity. The engineers didn’t forget the small things that help out travelers, like the built-in LED flashlight. That’s right, if you drop those room keys and can’t see them, just hit "up" on the joy-stick a couple of times and the flashlight feature comes on. Turn it off the same way. It’s manual is rather limited, but the phones is VERY intuitive. Just charge it up and toss it in your bag, and you are ready to travel ANYWHERE in the world. All of this is nice, but the Jincen JC-E2’s BIG advantage is that it is completely UNLOCKED from ANY particular network. You can use it about anywhere in the world because it supports all four of the primary GSM frequencies (850/900/1800/1900). Yes, it’s possible to get so far out in the wilds of Canada that it won’t get reception, but if you are anywhere near civilization this phone will work most EVERY time, no matter if you are in the US, Europe, Africa, South America, Asia or some small island. The main two exceptions are S. Korea and Japan, which use the CDMA system exclusively. This GSM Quad-Band capability means you will NEVER be slave to AT&T or T-Mobile roaming charges again. Just about anywhere you travel, you’ll be able to use local networks and save a FORTUNE. In fact, you’ll probably be able to save the cost of this phone with three or four 10-min calls back to the US.

Shipping these with the phones has proven confusing and frustrating to our customers, so we have substituted a basic English manual. However, you should rest assured that if you currently use a cell phone, you will have no problems using the Jincen JC-E2. Menu navigation is simple and easy to use.
Remember, this phone comes with a multi-voltage charger that works in any country in the world, The plug on the charger is the "two flat pins" type that we use here in the United States.
